Supreme Court Ruling Favors Hobby Lobby

The Seventh-day Adventist Church leaders are “encouraged” by the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in the case of Burwell v. Hobby Lobby. The court ruled that on religious grounds, family-owned companies can opt out of the federal mandate to provide contraceptive coverage to their employees. For now, this is seen as a victory in the ongoing battle over religious liberty.
